We understand that purchasing collectibles is a significant investment, and your trust is paramount. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for items purchased from our store.
Our Authenticity Guarantee
Every item sold by Shaw Collectibles & Hidden Treasures is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. All autographed items come with certification from reputable third-party authenticators such as PSA, JSA, Beckett, or Fanatics, where applicable. Each certified item includes a tamper-evident Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or hologram with a unique serial number that can be verified directly with the issuing authentication company. Our commitment to authenticity is a cornerstone of our business.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 15 days of its delivery date if it meets one of the following conditions:
1.Item Not as Described: The item received significantly differs from its description on our website (e.g., incorrect player, wrong item, major undisclosed damage not noted in the product listing).
2.Authentication Discrepancy: The item fails to pass authentication by a recognized third-party authentication service (PSA, JSA, Beckett, Fanatics) after purchase, and you can provide verifiable documentation from the authentication service confirming the discrepancy. Please note that all items are already authenticated by one of these services prior to sale, and this condition applies only if a new, independent authentication process contradicts our guarantee.
3.Damage During Shipping: The item arrives damaged due to transit. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item. All high-value shipments are insured, and prompt notification is crucial for filing a claim.
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items under the following circumstances:
•Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or if you simply change your mind after purchase.
•Tampered Authenticity: If the tamper-evident COA, hologram, or any other authentication seal has been removed, altered, or damaged, the item is no longer eligible for return. This is critical to maintaining the integrity of our collectibles.
•Undisclosed Damage: Damage to the item that was clearly described or depicted in the product listing at the time of purchase.
•Late Notification: Damage during shipping claims made more than 48 hours after delivery.
•Items without Original Packaging: Items returned without their original packaging, protective cases, or accompanying COAs/documentation, unless explicitly agreed upon prior to return.
Return ProcessTo initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1.Contact Us: Email us at shawscollectibles02@gmail.com or call us at (937)-308-8235 within the eligible return period. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting photographs (especially for damaged items or authentication discrepancies).
2.Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Do not send items back without an RMA number.
3.Secure Packaging: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all COAs, holograms, and documentation. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with appropriate insurance. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
4.Inspection: Upon receipt, the returned item will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, including verification of the tamper-evident COA/hologram.
Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error.
